As you would expect we offer wines of the world to suit every pallet and budget, we have a range of lagers from around the globe, some exclusive to us locally, real ales from local and international brewers which are lovingly looked after by our experienced bar team, plus of course a cocktail and spirit menu with a surprise or two.

Fancy a nibble? Our chefs have designed a small plate menu that includes Spanish Tapas, Italian Cicchetti and Mediterranean Mezze for you to enjoy and share with friends.

Functions

We don’t just offer you a function room here at the Brinsop, we offer an experience that you and your guests will remember. Catering for up to 175 people we will ensure your party, celebration or function is a complete success. We know that every function is different, so we don’t have a ͞one size͟ fits all approach but will liaise with you and design the day or evening around your specific requirements.

Our experienced function team are on hand to offer advice on menu choices, drinks packages and even wine pairing to the food, however we pride ourselves on going the extra mile to provide exactly what you are looking for to make it a truly individual experience.
